Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to get your AI bot running in under 60 seconds:

  1. Create your bot - Get a bot token from Telegram or Discord
  2. Enter token - Paste it on our deploy page
  3. We validate it - We check if your bot token is valid
  4. Choose a plan - Select Starter ($49), Growth ($149), or Enterprise ($399)
  5. Pay securely - Complete payment via Razorpay
  6. Bot goes live! - Your AI bot starts responding automatically

Telegram Bot Setup

Step 1: Create Bot with BotFather

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send the command /newbot
  3. Choose a name for your bot (e.g., "My AI Assistant")
  4. Choose a username ending in "bot" (e.g., "my_ai_assistant_bot")
  5. BotFather will give you a token like: 123456789:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz
  6. Copy this token - you'll need it for deployment

Tip: Never share your bot token publicly. It's like a password!

Discord Bot Setup

Step 1: Create Application

  1. Go to Discord Developer Portal
  2. Click "New Application"
  3. Give your application a name
  4. Click "Bot" in the left sidebar
  5. Click "Add Bot" and confirm
  6. Under "TOKEN", click "Copy" to get your bot token

Step 2: Enable Permissions

  • Go to "Bot" settings
  • Enable "MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT"
  • Save changes

Step 3: Invite Bot to Server

  1. Go to "OAuth2" → "URL Generator"
  2. Select "bot" scope
  3. Select "Send Messages" and "Read Messages" permissions
  4. Copy the generated URL
  5. Open it in browser and add bot to your server

Customization

All users can customize their bot's behavior from the Bot Settings page. Click any bot name on your dashboard to access all configuration options.

Available Options:

Custom AI Prompts

Define your bot's personality, role, and instructions. Supports up to 2,000 characters of custom instructions.

Response Style

Choose from four tone presets: Professional, Formal, Casual, or Funny. This shapes how your bot communicates with users.

AI Model Selection

Choose your AI engine and model. Switch between OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude at any time. Starter plans use standard models; Growth plans unlock power models like GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

Knowledge Base

Upload PDF, TXT, Markdown, DOCX, or CSV documents. Your bot uses these to answer questions with domain-specific knowledge. Starter: 5 docs / 10MB. Growth: 25 docs / 100MB.

Max Response Length

Control message size using a slider (150 to 2,000 tokens for Starter, up to 4,000 for Growth). Higher values give more detailed answers but use more tokens per response.

Context Memory

Set how many previous messages your bot remembers in a conversation (1 to 20 for Starter, up to 50 for Growth). Higher values improve conversation flow but increase token usage.

How to access: Go to your Dashboard, click on any bot's name, and you will be taken to the full Bot Settings page with all customization options organized into clear sections.

Troubleshooting

Bot not responding?

  • Check if your subscription is active
  • Verify bot token is correct
  • For Discord: Ensure Message Content Intent is enabled
  • Wait a few minutes after deployment

Invalid token error?

  • Double-check you copied the entire token
  • No extra spaces at beginning or end
  • Token format: Telegram starts with numbers, Discord starts with "MT"

Payment issues?

Do I need my own AI API key?

No! We provide the AI for you. You only need a bot token from Telegram or Discord.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your bot will continue running until the end of your billing period.

How fast is deployment?

After payment, your bot goes live in 30-60 seconds. No waiting!

What happens if I exceed message limits?

We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade to Growth for more messages or wait until next month.

Is my bot token secure?

Yes! We encrypt all tokens in our database. We never share or expose them.

Can I upgrade/downgrade plans?

Yes! Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Knowledge Base (RAG)

Upload your documents and let your bot answer questions from your own data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

How It Works

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click the Knowledge Base button on any bot
  2. Upload your documents (PDF, TXT, MD, DOCX, or CSV)
  3. Our system automatically chunks and creates AI embeddings
  4. When users ask your bot questions, we retrieve the most relevant context
  5. The AI generates answers grounded in YOUR documents
