Welcome to EasyAIWrapper. Deploy autonomous AI bots across Telegram, Discord, and your website in 60 seconds — with real-time lead capture, knowledge base retrieval, and HubSpot CRM syncing.

Generate a free bot token from Telegram (@BotFather) or Discord Developer Portal.

Telegram Bot Setup

Takes less than 1 minute using Telegram's official @BotFather

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
  2. Send the message /newbot.
  3. Give your bot a display name (e.g. Acme Support Bot).
  4. Choose a unique username ending in bot (e.g. acme_support_bot).
  5. BotFather will reply with your API token (format: 123456789:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz).
  6. Paste this token into the Deploy Wizard.
Security Notice: All bot tokens are encrypted in our database using AES-256-GCM. EasyAIWrapper never exposes raw tokens.

Discord Bot Setup

Configure your bot application in the Discord Developer Portal

Step 1: Create Application

Go to discord.com/developers/applications and click New Application.

Step 2: Generate Bot Token

Navigate to the Bot tab → Click Reset Token → Copy the generated token.

Step 3: Enable Message Content Intent (Mandatory)

Under the Bot tab, scroll down to Privileged Gateway Intents and switch ON Message Content Intent. Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Invite Bot to Your Server

Go to OAuth2 → URL Generator → Select scopes bot and permissions Send Messages, Read Message History. Paste the invite link into your browser to invite the bot.

AI Prompts & Response Tuning

You can configure each bot's behavior from the Bot Settings tab in your dashboard:

Custom System Prompt: Instruct the bot on who it is, your company tone, how to handle edge cases, and when to ask for email/phone numbers.
Response Style Tone Presets: Choose between Professional, Formal, Casual, or Friendly.
Conversation Memory: Adjust how many past turns of context the bot retains during multi-turn chats.

Troubleshooting

Telegram bot doesn't answer?

Ensure the token was entered without leading/trailing whitespace. If you restarted your bot in BotFather, generate a new token and update it in your bot settings.

Discord bot online but ignores messages?

Ensure Message Content Intent is switched ON in Discord Developer Portal under Bot → Privileged Gateway Intents.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Visit /upgrade or click Upgrade in your dashboard to switch plans directly without interrupting active bots.
